We're looking for a collaborative, delivery-focused QA Lead who will be responsible for ensuring high standards across complex, customer-facing platforms.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in building and maintaining automated test frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of performance testing tools and methodologies (e.g., JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, HttpRunner, Selenium, Appium, Monkey, Postman)
  • Solid programming/scripting skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
  • Confidence in showcasing test strategies and results to clients or external stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical issues to non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with testing processes and standards
  • English + Mandarin/Cantonese proficiency



What you'll do

  • Hands-on QA role responsible for manual testing and supporting automated testing, including designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks for regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Work closely with developers, DevOps, and product/project managers to define test strategies, create test plans and cases, execute tests, and ensure full functional and non-functional coverage.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain automated and manual test scripts using industry-standard frameworks.
  • Own end-to-end testing for assigned projects, including defect analysis, tracking, and resolution.
  • Promote test automation best practices and support integration of automation into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Create clear test reports, document and track defects, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues; confidently present results to stakeholders or customers.
