Senior Key Account Manager – UHNW Luxury / Fashion Commerce (B2B)

Hermès brand & product experience is critical

London W1 (4 days in person, 1 remote) + international travel

c.£50,000 + OTE


Urban Digital Recruitment is working exclusively with a London-based luxury fashion & concierge business to hire a Senior Key Account Manager to take day-to-day ownership of one of their most important Tier 1 global accounts, serving VIP & UHNW clients.


This is a hands-on, sales-driven role operating at the very top end of the luxury market, with a strong focus on rare, collectible Hermès handbags, alongside select Chanel & Goyard pieces.


You’ll manage requests end-to-end, from inbound enquiry through sourcing, pricing, conversion & delivery, in a fast-moving, real-time, chat-based environment.


This is not a relationship-only or personal shopping role. Accuracy, judgement, commercial awareness & deep product credibility are critical.


What you’ll be doing

• Owning a flagship global B2B account

• Responding to inbound UHNW client requests via real-time chat (WhatsApp-led)

• Sourcing rare & hard-to-find Hermès bags through an established supplier network

• Advising on pricing, market positioning & suitability

• Managing multiple requests across regions simultaneously

• Supporting international events, activations & on-site selling

• Driving conversion & delivering against sales targets



What we’re looking for

3–5+ years’ experience selling Hermès handbags (hugely advantageous)/ extensive Hermès handbag product knowledge

• Experience selling premium-priced products in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable working in a target-driven, high-accountability role

• Confident operating via WhatsApp or similar chat-based sales platforms

• Calm under pressure, detail-oriented & commercially sharp

• Happy working closely with a founder in a lean, high-standard team


London W1 (4 days in person, in office or soho house, plus 1 day remote) + international travel
