Seeking an experienced Insurance Consultant with strong London Market and Specialty Insurance expertise to join a global insurance and analytics services organisation that partners with insurers to deliver large-scale operational and digital transformation.
This role supports clients across operational, digital, and business transformation initiatives and is ideal for a consultant who combines deep insurance domain knowledge with hands-on experience delivering end-to-end transformation, process improvement, and target operating model design.
You will act as a trusted subject matter expert, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver transformation programmes across underwriting, claims, delegated authority, finance, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert across the insurance lifecycle within the London and specialty markets, including Lloyd’s.
- Advise clients on target operating model design, operating effectiveness, and process optimisation.
- Lead and support consulting engagements covering operations transformation, digital transformation, and process improvement.
- Deliver transformation initiatives end-to-end, from diagnostic and opportunity identification through to implementation.
- Define transformation roadmaps, business cases, and execution plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Support clients with London Market-specific operating models, placement processes, governance structures, and regulatory considerations.
Essential Experience & Qualifications:
- 5–8 years’ experience in insurance consulting or advisory roles.
- Strong domain expertise within the London Market, Lloyd’s, and specialty insurance.
- Proven delivery experience across operational transformation, digital transformation, or process improvement programmes.
Key Experience:
- Deep knowledge of London Market and specialty insurance operations, governance, and regulation.
- A strong consulting skillset with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders and business functions.
- Structured, outcome-focused problem solver with a pragmatic delivery mindset.
- Confident engaging with senior executives and C-suite stakeholders.
- Passionate about innovation, automation, and continuous improvement in insurance operations.
