We’re Hiring: Junior Account Manager / Senior Account Executive

We’re looking for a Junior Account Manager or Senior Account Executive to join our fast-paced, creative agency working across experiential marketing, live events, and brand activations.

This role is ideal for someone who loves bringing ideas to life, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to work on projects that genuinely connect brands with people.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting and managing client relationships across experiential and event-led campaigns
• Helping deliver live events, brand activations, and immersive experiences from briefing to delivery
• Coordinating internally with creative, production, and operations teams
• Managing timelines, budgets, and project admin with strong attention to detail
• Being on-site at events and activations to ensure smooth delivery
• Contributing ideas and solutions that help elevate client work

What We’re Looking For:

We’re open to different levels of experience:

Senior Account Executive

• Agency experience in experiential, events, or integrated marketing
• Confident client communication and project coordination skills
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Junior Account Manager

• Experience managing smaller projects or elements of larger campaigns
• Growing confidence in client ownership and decision-making
• Strong organisational skills and a desire to step up
• Comfort working in a live events environment (including some on-site work)

• Highly organised and calm under pressure
• A great communicator (written and verbal)
• Passionate about experiential, events, and live brand experiences
