My client is a hugely successful premium fashion brand, who are looking for an Ecommerce Administrator to join their growing Ecommerce team.
The E-commerce Administrator provides essential day-to-day administrative support to maintain the accuracy, consistency and hygiene of the brand's e-commerce website. This role is highly executional, supporting catalogue updates, PDP content changes, merchandising actions and site checks under the direction of the E-commerce Manager.
The role ensures that product information is correctly uploaded, maintained and presented across all digital storefronts, helping the wider team deliver launches, campaigns and trading activity smoothly and accurately.
You will work across areas such as:
- Product data and catalogue administration
- PDP content updates
- Launch and campaign support
- Merchandising and onsite updates
- Search and SEO administration
- Site hygiene and QA
Key attributes required for the role:
- Extremely detail-oriented and methodical
- Comfortable with repetitive, admin-heavy tasks
- Highly organised with strong time management
- Confident using CMS, PIM and spreadsheets
- Clear communicator who follows instructions accurately
- Keen to learn e-commerce fundamentals and progress over time
A background within the fashion industry would be preferable. This role is based in Central London on a hybrid model - Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays in the office and Wednesdays and Fridays from home.
