Sales Agent - Macclesfield

A fast-growing, Macclesfield-based commercial services company is looking to hire motivated Sales Agents to join its expanding team — immediate starts available.

This is an entry-level role designed for people at the start of their career. No prior sales experience is required — just confidence, energy and the willingness to learn. Full training is provided.

The Role

Sales Agents work with a warm database of business leads, speaking with UK and US companies to understand their needs and introduce relevant commercial solutions.

This is a consultative, relationship-focused position, not hard cold calling. Products include:

• Accountancy services
• Business broadband & mobiles
• Business energy
• Card payments
• Business loans
• Telephone systems
• Health & safety services

Salary, Commission & Incentives

• £25,000–£30,000 basic salary
• Uncapped commission on top of base
• Daily commission and cash incentives available on top of standard commission
• OTE £40,000–£50,000 in year one
• Monthly incentives:
• Top 3 performers earn extra cash
• Top performer earns £250
• Daily incentives budgeted at £25 per day
• £1,000 pay rise for hitting monthly KPIs
• Overtime available at time and a half
• Optional US shifts (11:00–20:30) for increased earning potential

• Backgrounds in retail, hospitality, sport or customer service welcomed
• Coachable attitude and strong work ethic

Hours & Benefits

• Office-based in Macclesfield
• Monday–Thursday: 9:00–5:30 (1-hour lunch)
• Friday: 9:00–5:30
