Overview: As a French-speaking Full Desk Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying client staffing needs to placing qualified candidates in the Insurance industry. This role requires a combination of sales acumen, relationship-building skills, and recruitment expertise to effectively match client requirements with candidate capabilities. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and fostering long-term partnerships with clients and candidates alike.

The role is based in Ashford, Kent, and the candidate must be located within Kent County Council.

• Associate Search Consultant: 6 to 18 months experience as a Recruitment Consultant or SDR (Sales Development Representative )– Base salary: £35.000
• Seach Consultant: + 3 years experience as a Recruitment Consultant – Base salary: £45.000

What will you be doing?

• Winning and retaining New Business with clients across France and Luxembourg
• Helping with the candidate attraction strategy for key clients
• The ability to gain excellent commitment from potential clients and candidates
• Strong candidate management and candidate experience
• Market Research and Insights

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant.
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technology.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working with qualitative and quantitative recruitment metrics
• Comfortable working 4 days in the office - Ashford (Kent)
