Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Executive Search

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire

Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 (DOE) + Commission (£40k-£50k++++ in year 1)

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing individuals all the way to offer stage
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients and candidates in the USA.
• Source top talent using a range of cutting edge recruitment software.
• Provide consultative advice to clients on market trends and hiring strategies.
• Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs each month.

Requirements:

• No previous recruitment experience needed, a strong drive to succeed is the only essential!
• Personable and confidence in speaking with senior level individuals over the phone.
• Organisation skills are crucial to succeeding in this role.
• A proactive and goal-driven mindset.
• Any bachelor's degree is preferable.
