Role Description

They are seeking a driven and commercially minded individual to join their Sales Team in the UK. This is a dynamic role, ideal for professionals passionate about market development and customer relationship management.

You will play a key role in driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and supporting business development initiatives across the UK market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners
  • Drive sales of agrochemical products in line with company targets
  • Support sales and distribution efforts across assigned regions
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities
  • Coordinate pricing strategies, promotional plans, and supply chain alignment
  • Collaborate closely with regulatory, logistics, and product teams globally
  • Prepare and present commercial reports, forecasts, and performance analyses


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Proven experience in crop protection sales (herbicides, insecticides, pesticides)
  • Must have valid work authorization in the UK
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Familiarity with crop protection products or the UK agricultural market
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required
