Commercial Marketing Manager

Our client is a rapidly growing global restaurant chain and they have an exciting new role for an experienced Commercial Marketing Manager based from their Glasgow office on a hybrid or remote basis. The role is responsible for building and analysing the commercial mix of the business’s promotional strategy, pricing strategy with a focus on increasing sales.

The role will focus on driving sales in both the restaurant & delivery business and as they move into 2026 will also be responsible for gaining a greater understanding of how loyalty programme impacts this mix. Driving profitable sales growth for their franchise partners will be critical to success, and having a better understanding of the promotional levers to pull on by channel will be vital to building a channel mix that delivers for the business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of delivery partners including Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Just Eat but applications will also be considered from commercial candidates from FMCG or retail businesses where you can demonstrate commercial awareness and analysis of pricing and promotional strategies.
