Our client is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to support their surgical portfolio and partner with leading healthcare teams across the region. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of clinical experience, particularly those familiar with surgical workflows, operating theatres, perioperative pathways, or medical device use, who are looking to build a future in surgical sales.


What You'll Be Do

  • Partner with Area Sales Managers to support sales performance across the territory
  • Assist with in-theatre product demonstrations and case support
  • Deliver product education and training to surgeons, ODPs, theatre nurses, and perioperative teams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within hospitals, surgical centres, and procurement teams
  • Gather clinical insights to help refine and enhance product offerings
  • Support product evaluations, trials, and implementations
  • Represent the company at surgical symposia, cadaveric training sessions, and industry events


What You Bring

  • 1-3 years' clinical experience, ideally in theatres, surgical wards, endoscopy, or critical care
  • Confident communicator able to engage effectively with clinical stakeholders
  • Strong interest in medical devices, surgical innovation, and emerging technologies
  • Highly organised, resilient, and proactive
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced clinical environments
  • Full UK driving licence
