Our client is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to support their surgical portfolio and partner with leading healthcare teams across the region. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of clinical experience, particularly those familiar with surgical workflows, operating theatres, perioperative pathways, or medical device use, who are looking to build a future in surgical sales.
What You'll Be Do
- Partner with Area Sales Managers to support sales performance across the territory
- Assist with in-theatre product demonstrations and case support
- Deliver product education and training to surgeons, ODPs, theatre nurses, and perioperative teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships within hospitals, surgical centres, and procurement teams
- Gather clinical insights to help refine and enhance product offerings
- Support product evaluations, trials, and implementations
- Represent the company at surgical symposia, cadaveric training sessions, and industry events
What You Bring
- 1-3 years' clinical experience, ideally in theatres, surgical wards, endoscopy, or critical care
- Confident communicator able to engage effectively with clinical stakeholders
- Strong interest in medical devices, surgical innovation, and emerging technologies
- Highly organised, resilient, and proactive
- Comfortable working in fast-paced clinical environments
- Full UK driving licence
