The company is a recognised leader in the energy sector, specialising in manufacturing high‑quality Power Transmission and Distribution transformers. Following strong growth in Europe and beyond, they are expanding their presence in the UK market with a new office and sales leadership team.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager/Leader to drive sales growth in the UK. You will lead sales activities, build strong client relationships, and develop a sales team as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the UK sales function to meet revenue targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Communicate product value and market trends to clients.
• Develop and execute sales strategies and plans.
• Forecast sales performance and report to senior leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and support a growing sales team.

Skills and Experience

• Proven success in sales, preferably in power transmission, distribution, or related engineering products.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to build customer relationships and negotiate effectively.
• Results‑driven with experience meeting sales targets.
• UK travel ability and flexibility as needed.
