As an SDR, you’ll play a key role in the Growth team by owning the front-line revenue pipeline. You will engage with inbound leads, generate new opportunities via outreach, and qualify businesses that could benefit from our legal solutions. Your mission is simple but critical: help prospective clients connect with our Account Executives by identifying needs, initiating strong client conversations, and booking qualified discovery meetings.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Qualification: Manage inbound enquiries and evaluate potential clients to determine fit and level of interest.
- Pipeline Outreach: Conduct proactive outreach (calls, emails, social) to create new conversations and expand the opportunity funnel.
- Discovery Booking: Schedule qualified meetings between prospects and Account Executives, handing over warm leads to drive new business.
- Client Experience: Deliver an exceptional first impression at every touchpoint — providing professionalism, clarity and value.
- CRM & Reporting: Accurately log all sales activity in the CRM and help track key metrics like lead flow, conversion rates and pipeline health.
What You’ll Bring
- Sales Experience: Ideally 1+ year in B2B sales, SDR/BDR, telesales or a similar target-driven role.
- Communication Skills: Clear, confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels and build rapport with business leaders.
- Motivation & Resilience: Self-starter with a hunger to exceed targets, embrace feedback and continuously improve.
- Fast Learner: Ability to absorb training in commercial law essentials and apply learning to qualification and outreach.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset and a culture champion who enjoys working in a lively, growth-oriented environment.
What You’ll Get
- Competitive Salary: Base salary with an uncapped commission structure, rewarding high performance.
- Benefits Package: 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, contractual sick pay, enhanced maternity/paternity pay, medical insurance post-probation, birthday leave, and professional development budget.
- Career Growth: Real opportunities for progression within Sales, Growth and broader business functions.
- Vibrant Culture: Relaxed dress code, regular socials, collaborative office environment in the heart of Ancoats.
