Key Account Manager - Beauty
Location: London – 3 days per week

We’re partnering with a fast growing, science led wellness brand that’s pushing performance health into its next era. They’re building real momentum across digital channels and are now looking for an Key Account Manager to elevate their e commerce retail partnerships. As the first hire dedicated to this channel, you’ll shape how it grows, performs, and evolves. With solid foundations already live and plenty of headroom, this is a role where you can make a big impact quickly.
What You’ll Do
Manage day to day relationships with key online retail partners and act as their main contact
Drive performance by monitoring KPIs, analysing results, and turning insights into action
Protect healthy profitability through smart pricing, promo planning, and cost control
Build strong partner engagement through aligned objectives, forecasting, and joint plans
Create accurate demand plans and work closely with operations to ensure excellent availability
Plan and execute product launches, campaigns, and NPD rollouts across all retail partners
Collaborate with marketing on tailored plans that boost brand presence and category growth
Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams within e commerce retail
Feed market insights and competitor learnings into wider commercial strategy
What We’re Looking For
Two to four years of experience in account management, commercial roles, or owning e commerce retail accounts
A data confident approach with comfort working across KPIs, forecasts, and sales performance
Strong understanding of the e commerce landscape and how to unlock growth within it
Great communication skills and the ability to build strong, trusted partner relationships
⚡ A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast moving environment
