Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new clients across target sectors to expand the business portfolio.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to closing placements.
- Build long-term partnerships with clients and candidates, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Utilise CRM systems and recruitment technology to track leads, manage pipelines, and optimise processes.
