Delivery Manager

Fimador are currently looking for a Delivery Manager to join a successful Technology & Engineering team and lead the successful delivery and L3 support of mission-critical products that are used globally. In this role, you’ll manage cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure our solutions consistently meet quality and customer expectations. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee delivery and support for projects
• Define scope, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders
• Drive Agile best practices and ensure robust quality assurance
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve risks and keep initiatives on track
• Communicate progress, gather feedback, and enhance delivery processes

About You:

• Strong background in software delivery and project management (Agile) / (SAFe)
• Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Technical knowledge of software engineering
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field ideal but not essential

Bonus Skills

• Experience in management systems
• DevOps and cloud knowledge
• PMP, Agile, or similar certifications
