QC Supervisor

Location: Godalming

Shift Pattern: Typical weekly rotating shifts:

• 3:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Quality Control Supervisor to join a busy pharmaceutical production team in Godalming. This is an operational role focused on day-to-day activities within the lab, ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organise and manage lab rotas to ensure efficient coverage.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with QC standards.
• Maintain and take ownership of lab equipment, ensuring functionality and calibration.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Provide oversight of work to guarantee accuracy and consistency.
• Support routine maintenance and troubleshooting within the lab.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a QC or laboratory environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
