Senior RF / Hardware Engineer

Design. Lead. Deliver.

Some engineering roles are about maintaining what already exists.

This one is about shaping what comes next.

You’ll be part of a small, expert team designing RF and electronic systems that operate where performance really matters. From early architecture through to test and release, you’ll have real ownership - not just of designs, but of decisions.

You’ll collaborate closely with other disciplines, mentor developing engineers, and see your work move from concept to real-world use.

If you enjoy technical depth, autonomy, and building hardware that quietly does its job in demanding environments - this role is worth your attention.

Desired experience (not all required):

• Experience designing RF or high-frequency electronic systems
• Comfortable owning designs across the full product lifecycle
• Hands-on PCB design, simulation, testing, and troubleshooting
• Exposure to RF amplifiers, transmitters/receivers, filters, or antennas
• Confident working with lab test equipment and prototypes
• Enjoys mentoring, collaborating, and leading technical discussions
