QC Supervisor – Woking, UK

We’re partnering exclusively with a growing pharmaceutical organization embarking on an exciting phase of transformation and investment. This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the Quality Control laboratory, maintaining compliance and supporting the team in delivering high-quality results.

As QC Supervisor, you will oversee the QC team from a daily operational perspective, ensuring the lab runs efficiently and meets GMP standards. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an experienced QC professional who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Requirements

• Strong QC chemistry background with experience in HPLC and GMP environments.
• Proven experience in coaching and developing team members.
• Demonstrated ability to manage lab operations and equipment ownership.
• Experience with scheduling and rota management.
• Hands-on approach with strong troubleshooting skills (science and equipment).
• Solid understanding of OOS processes and experience in managing investigations.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
