Specification Sales Consultant – Greater London

Leading Hard Landscaping Manufacturer

A market-leading manufacturer of premium paving and landscaping solutions is looking for an experienced Specification Sales Consultant to drive project specifications across Greater London.

This is a high-profile role suited to someone who loves building relationships with architects, landscape architects, and specifiers — and who enjoys presenting, influencing, and securing project wins.

What You’ll Do

• Grow specification pipeline across London
• Build strong relationships with architects & specifiers
• Deliver CPDs and technical presentations
• Identify new project opportunities
• Support sales teams to convert specs into orders
• Provide technical guidance and on-site support

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years’ experience in specification or technical sales (building products / hard landscaping ideal)
• Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills
• Technical competence + commercial awareness
• A positive, motivated, relationship-driven approach
• Willingness to travel across the region
