Role Overview:


Vectair is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Internal Sales Representative to manage and develop a portion of our UK existing account base. You will be responsible for developing existing client relationships while looking to develop and win new sales opportunities. This role is office based and involves regular outbound calls to clients, with a strong focus on relationship building and account growth. You will work closely with the external sales team and customer service to ensure retention and growth within the accounts.


Responsibilities:


• Individually be responsible for a portfolio of accounts

• Proactively contact existing clients by phone to build relationships, understand the gaps in our product range and identify opportunities to grow the account revenue

• Drive sales through upselling

• Manage and develop a portfolio of accounts, acting as the main internal point of contact for all sales related enquiries

• Accurately record client interactions, opportunities and forecast within the CRM system

• Collaborate with external sales and customer service to ensure excellent customer experience and timely fulfilment of client requirements


The Successful Applicant


What we are looking for:


• Previous experience in an internal sales, telesales or account management role with a proven ability to drive revenue through outbound client contact

• Experience managing and developing existing customer accounts, including upselling and relationship building

• Confident with Microsoft programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Confident using CRM systems and sales tools to track activity, manage pipeline and produce reports


Interpersonal skills 


• Self-motivated with a positive outlook to work autonomously or as part of a team

• Flexible approach and positive attitude

• Keen eye for detail

• Punctual with good timekeeping and time management
