HostUplift is a UK based property services company based in London. We provide specialist support to those within the short-term lettings industry. Through the partnership we create with all clients we aim to empower them with the best in-class tools to drive property performance along with our market knowledge.
This isn’t a typical account excutive position. You’ll be part of a young, ambitious team in a fast-moving, high-impact environment, gaining exposure to the entire business. You’ll have autonomy, high expectations, and the opportunity to directly influence revenue and contribute to the company’s growth.
What you’ll do
- Be responsible for managing a sales pipeline which involves inbound and outbound cold leads
- Qualifying, sourcing and managing leads across different property types within the short-term/serviced accommodation industry
- Book and schedule demonstration calls where necessary with prospective clients
- Log activity and maintain accurate CRM records
- Act as the first point of contact to represent the company’s brand and value proposition to prospective clients
- Provide general support with growth activities and to your manager when required
What we are looking for
- A strong and confident communicator who is able to effectively engage audiences
- A driven and motivated individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team
- An individual that is persistent in every task who can adapt and respond to dynamic situations
- A passion and interest within the property industry both within the UK and global
- Property industry experience preferred but not mandatory
- This role would suit a recent graduate or those looking to get started in a sales based role

- You’re based in London or able to work from our London office 3 days a week

This is a hybrid role in which some remote work will be offered after a successful probation period. Successful candidate(s) will be expected to work from our central London office for a minimum of three days per week following probation.
Expected Timelines for This Role
The interview process will consist of two rounds. As a general guideline:
- First round interview (1 hour)
- Second round interview (1 hour)
Ideal start date: 3rd February, or as soon as the successful candidate is available.
