We are working with a leading marketing agency to appoint a Senior Account Executive to join their team.


This is a standout opportunity to play a key role in the planning, delivery and evaluation of a premium, multi-race F1 programme, working closely with the client’s in-house team in a highly collaborative environment. The role may also support other client accounts where relevant.


The Role

You will oversee multiple workstreams from planning through to on-site delivery, ensuring programmes are delivered seamlessly, on time and on budget. You’ll be comfortable balancing autonomous working with collaboration across internal teams, clients, rightsholders and suppliers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day client relationship and develop a strong understanding of the client’s business and objectives
  • Lead regular stakeholder meetings, status calls and reporting
  • Manage rightsholder relationships, ensuring delivery against contractual obligations and best practice standards
  • Confidently communicate progress, challenges and solutions to clients
  • Contribute creative thinking around experience design and programme innovation
  • Ensure all communications, approvals and brand guidelines are met
  • Support and coordinate local market activations
  • Lead on hotel sourcing, contracting and management
  • Manage transport suppliers and act as the conduit between third parties and the F1 team
  • Oversee guest communications, ticketing, invitations and guest management
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
  • Manage client budgets, forecasting and billing
  • Ensure insurance, risk assessments and HSSE documentation are in place
  • Deliver post-programme reporting, reconciliations and insights
  • Share best practice, mentor junior team members and contribute to agency-wide thinking


Required Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years’ experience in sports partnerships, sponsorship or marketing
  • Proven experience delivering programmes within Formula 1 (essential)
  • Experience in other sports is advantageous
  • Strong understanding of sponsorship as a driver of business objectives
  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex guest and hospitality programmes
  • Experience delivering high-end branded experiences, including suite design & build
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident presenter with strong stakeholder management ability
  • Able to work autonomously while managing and delegating effectively
  • Strong understanding of guest communications, data handling and GDPR
  • Working knowledge of HSSE, sustainability and risk management
  • Highly organised with strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally, including weekends during race periods


Location & Travel

The role is based in London, with international travel to key race locations throughout the F1 season.
