Area Sales Manager – Roofing Products (Scotland)

£40,000–£45,000 DOE + £18K OTE (Uncapped)

The Role

• Manage and grow a sales territory across Scotland, focusing on the Central Belt
• Sell a range of roofing products to housebuilders, developers, roofing contractors, and builder’s merchants
• Drive new business while nurturing strong relationships with existing customers
• Work autonomously in the field, supported by a collaborative team and advanced CRM tools

What We’re Looking For

• Proven B2B field sales / territory management experience in building products
• Enjoys being out in the field meeting customers daily
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and excellent relationship-building skills
• Experience using CRM systems and structured territory planning
• Full UK driving licence
