This role focuses on Sacral Neuromodulation, a life-changing therapy that restores control and dramatically improves quality of life for patients. You’ll take full ownership of a well-established territory with significant growth potential.
If you’re commercially driven, confident in theatre, and motivated by building long-term clinical partnerships, this is a role where you can truly make your mark.
The Opportunity
As Territory Manager, you’ll operate as the business lead for your region, combining clinical credibility with commercial acumen to grow market share and expand therapy adoption.
You’ll be trusted to manage your territory autonomously, developing and executing a strategic account plan while delivering against clear revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a robust territory business plan
- Drive quarterly and annual sales performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with urology, urogynaecology and colorectal teams
- Provide clinical and technical support in theatre during Sacral Neuromodulation cases
- Identify opportunities to increase therapy uptake and optimise patient pathways
- Manage consignment stock, forecasting, and CRM (Salesforce) compliance
- Deliver product training and educational sessions to clinical teams
- Represent the company at regional and national meetings, workshops and congresses
What We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for a proactive, resilient medical device rep who enjoys a blend of strategic account management and hands-on clinical support.
Essential:
- Degree or equivalent commercial/clinical experience
- Strong track record in building and developing customer relationships
- Commercially driven with a growth mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High levels of accountability and territory ownership
- Willingness to travel across North East & Yorkshire
Highly Desirable:
- Medical device or surgical sales experience
- Experience supporting cases in theatre
- Background in Urology, Urogynaecology, Colorectal or related therapy areas
Why Join?
- Work with a globally recognised Top Employer
- Represent an innovative, market-leading therapy
- High-visibility, high-impact role
- Strong cross-functional support
- Genuine opportunity to shape and grow your territory
This is more than a sales role, it’s a chance to combine clinical expertise with commercial performance in a therapy area that genuinely changes lives.
Ready to step up your device career?
If you’re motivated by theatre time, growth potential and clinical partnership, we’d love to hear from you.
