Senior Software Engineer – YC-Backed AI Startup

Salary: £130K–£160K + significant equity (projected 20x growth)

• Experience: 7+ years (minimum 5) in software engineering; ideally with startup exposure.
• Tech Stack:Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript
• Backend: Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django), Go, Rust
• Mindset: Founding engineer mentality – proactive, curious, thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Bonus: Experience in high-calibre teams (fintech, AI, or similar).
