The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to the highest clinical standards.
• Provide expert advice on vision correction options, including refractive surgery and premium lenses.
• Work collaboratively with the wider clinical and retail team to deliver outstanding patient experiences.
• Drive commercial success by promoting Optical Express services and products ethically and effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fully qualified Optometrist with at least 5 years post-registration experience.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to achieve business objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
