Key Role Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of junior and senior Account Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Take overall responsibility for team performance, growth, and market share expansion.
- Recruit additional sales talent to support long-term business development goals.
- Oversee and lead marketing campaigns to support sales initiatives and generate new opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and targeting new business opportunities.
- Provide regular performance reporting, forecasting, and strategic input to senior leadership.
Key Attributes Required
- Proven experience in a B2B IT solutions sales leadership role.
- Track record of managing and developing successful sales teams.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to build and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Experience in hiring and onboarding sales professionals to support business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a hands-on, motivational leadership style.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and able to travel to Crowthorne regularly.
