About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and service-driven Full-Time Sales Assistant to join our new London Gallery team. As a brand ambassador, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience, reflecting the identity and values of Fueguia. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will contribute to the boutique’s daily operations and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and create personalized client experiences aligned with Fueguia’s brand philosophy.
• Share the brand story and fragrance collection with clients through engaging and informed storytelling.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat visits.
• Support daily store operations, including stock management, merchandising, and opening/closing procedures.
• Help drive store performance by actively contributing to sales goals and KPIs.
• Ensure the boutique maintains the highest standards in visual presentation and cleanliness.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury retail or fragrance sector.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-centric and proactive attitude.
• Detail-oriented, well-presented, and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• A genuine passion for culture, fragrance, and artisanal craftsmanship is a strong plus.

Language Requirements

• Fluency in English is required. In addition, at least two of the following languages are also required: Italian, Spanish, French, Arabic, or Chinese.

Contract Type

• Fixed-Term, with the possibility of extension and permanent employment.
• Full-Time.
