About the role


We're looking for a Founding SDR to build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline for Skippr's AI agent platform, converting targeted outbound and inbound activity into qualified opportunities with tech companies.


You'll work closely with founders to define ideal customer profiles, refine messaging, and qualify opportunities, while continuously improving our go-to-market approach.


If you're comfortable owning a pipeline, love outbound sales, and want hands-on exposure building a B2B SaaS company, this role is for you.


Full-time on-site model


We work from our Old Street office 5 days per week. We're building something special and believe in the power of in-person collaboration.


About You


Experience


• Sales Tools Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM platforms and prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, Apollo, Clay, etc.)

• Industry Background: at least 1 year in Sales Development or Business Development, ideally in B2B SaaS, tech, or high-growth startup

• Track Record: Demonstrated success generating pipeline, hitting or exceeding targets, and driving revenue growth

What You'll Do


• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book discovery meetings

• Source and engage new prospects via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, events and creative outreach

• Build highly personalized outreach sequences

• Conduct discovery calls and product demos that clearly articulate value and ROI

• Provide feedback to the team to improve messaging and targeting

• Continuously refine outreach tactics and adopt best practices to boost prospecting effectiveness

• Stay obsessed with new business, feeding insights back into Product and Marketing to shape our roadmap and messaging

• £40,000 - £50,000 basic salary - with additional £10k - £15k in commission (total OTE could be up to £65,000)
