£50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus

We are working with a PE backed, high-growth DTC Sports brand to help them hire for a newly created role on their team, an EU Ecommerce Manager.

The brand is a leader in their space with a loyal global fanbase and a century-long legacy. They have been scaling rapidly, with YoY revenue up by 34% and they have ambitious plans to double this in the next 3 years. Having recently been acquired by investors, they are expanding their digital presence and growing the team so it's an exciting time to be joining.

Great team, lots of opportunity and joining at a pivotal time as the business scales. The EU Ecommerce Manager will lead the performance, optimisation, and growth of their x2 EU DTC sites. You’ll shape strategy, manage daily operations, and ensure every online customer journey is seamless and localised – all while collaborating with regional and global teams to drive results.

About the Role:

• Manage EU DTC websites (DE & NL), covering site performance, product range, promotions and UX
• Lead cross-functional execution of product launches, offers and tournament coverage across EU sites
• Own and drive EU SEO roadmap (Technical, Content, Structure, Scaling)
• Ensure top-tier localisation of content and customer experience for German and Dutch sites
• Partner with marketing, acquisition, retention, product and operations to optimise the funnel (Conversion, AOV, Bounce, Checkout)
• Improving foundations while still delivering day-to-day

About You:

• Proven success managing multi-region ecommerce platforms (Shopify preferred)
• Strong experience in SEO, UX, analytics and conversion optimisation
• Ability to collaborate with design/dev teams and manage external agencies
• German or Dutch language skills are a major bonus
• Data-driven mindset with solid grasp of A/B testing and reporting tools (GA, AB Tasty, Clarity etc.)
• Passion for the sports industry would also be great
