We're working with a fast-growing, international digital agency that transforms retailers into eCommerce leaders — and they’re building a team that matches their ambition. Backed by a 300-strong European group and a UK base of 30+ in London, their clients include some of the most exciting names in fashion, lifestyle, and homeware. Think data-led strategies, access to cutting-edge tech and AI, and a culture built around growth — both for brands and for your career.

The Paid Social Account Manager will shape strategy, own performance, and elevate execution across a portfolio of high-growth eCommerce clients.

Role Highlights

The Paid Social Account Manager will…

– Lead Paid Social strategy and planning across 5–6 eCommerce retail accounts

– Own daily execution: structure, pacing, creative testing, and platform hygiene

– Optimise campaigns using Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other social ad platforms

– Analyse and report via Looker Studio, GA4, and client dashboards

– Mentor junior team members and contribute to the evolution of Paid Social products

You Will Need

– Strong hands-on Paid Social experience, ideally agency-side

– Proven success growing retail or eCommerce brands through Paid Social

– Strong technical ability across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and performance analytics

– Strategic thinking with a commercial mindset and love for fast-paced environments

– Confidence communicating with clients and collaborating across digital teams

Why You’ll Love It

– Hybrid model: 40% office time + flexible hours (6am–8.30pm window)

– Up to £2,000 PD budget + 5 paid learning days annually

– International remote working options and funded travel across global offices

– Generous leave: 25 days + birthday + 2 mental health days + volunteering day

– Private healthcare, dental, and access to mental health support

– New tech package including iPhone, contract, and home office kit

– Culture perks: monthly socials, summer Fridays, and yearly team retreats
