Account Manager (Apprenticeships)

Location: York College, Sim Balk Lane

Salary: £44,918.87

Contract: Full-time

Are you passionate about driving apprenticeship growth and building strong employer partnerships? York College is looking for an Sales and Account Manager (Apprenticeships) to lead our apprenticeship development strategy and manage key employer accounts.

What you’ll do:

✅ Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to meet or exceed growth targets

✅ Manage key apprenticeship accounts and build strategic partnerships with local employers

✅ Raise the profile of York College’s apprenticeship offer through proactive engagement

✅ Monitor and report on apprenticeship sales and new starts

✅ Represent the College at external events and networks

✔ Proven experience in sales and meeting targets

✔ Strong relationship management skills

✔ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

✔ Commercial awareness and resilience to achieve results

✔ Knowledge of the FE/HE sector and apprenticeship landscape (desirable)
