We’re a growing digital marketing agency specialising in content-led social media and digital marketing for ambitious brands. Our focus is on creating meaningful, high-quality content that performs, not just posting for the sake of it.

The Role


We’re looking for a video-first digital marketer who can confidently plan, create, edit and distribute content across social platforms, while also supporting wider marketing activity across the business.


This is a hands-on role with a strong emphasis on short-form video, social performance, and execution. You’ll be comfortable working independently, organised in your approach, and collaborative in how you work alongside the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Video


  • Edit short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts
  • Repurpose long-form video (podcasts, interviews, brand content) into high-performing short-form clips
  • Assist on client shoots where required (setup, capture support, content planning)
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and platform best practice
  • Manage content libraries, file organisation, naming conventions and version control
  • Stay up to date with social trends, formats, audio and platform changes


Social Media & Digital Marketing


  • Support content planning and content calendars for client accounts
  • Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns (setup, basic copy support, scheduling)
  • Support internal marketing for the agency (social channels, announcements, case studies)
  • Handle light admin and coordination tasks related to content delivery
  • Support business development activity where needed (content assets, proposals, case studies)


What We’re Looking For


Essential:


  • 1–2+ years’ experience in content creation, social media or digital marketing
  • Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar)
  • A solid understanding of what makes content perform on social platforms
  • Confident working independently and managing your own workload
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a small agency environment where no two days are the same
  • Experience filming content (even if not a full videographer)
  • Understanding of digital marketing platforms
  • Experience working with multiple brands or clients
  • Interest in social trends, storytelling, and performance-led content


Benefits:
