This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Manager located in the United Kingdom. The Commercial Manager will oversee project budgets, manage contracts, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors. Responsibilities include monitoring financial aspects of projects, making data-driven decisions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. The role requires a strong focus on maximizing profitability while maintaining client satisfaction and timely project delivery.

• Proven expertise in Budget Management, Financial Reporting, and Cost Analysis
• Strong Contract Management and Negotiation skills
• Experience in Scheduling, Resource Allocation, and Operations Planning
• Solid understanding of Groundworks and Formwork, and industry-specific practices
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in relevant project management and financial software tools
• Ability to demonstrate problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical thinking
• Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Business, or a related field
