Earnings

Year 1: £35,000–£45,000

Year 2: £60,000+

Year 3: £100,000+

What you’ll do:

Build relationships with clients and candidates in the DACH region

Manage your own recruitment desk and develop market expertise

Source and place top engineering talent

Drive business development and grow your revenue

Every deal you close is directly rewarded through commission
