National Account Manager – Retail Multiples (Tesco & Morrisons)

On the back of this momentum, we’re recruiting an energetic and ambitious National Account Manager to take ownership of Tesco and Morrisons. These accounts are brimming with untapped potential there is so much room to grow, and it’s a fantastic opportunity to make a visible impact. As you know, Tesco is the sweet spot in UK retail, and having success here puts your name firmly in the lights.


You’ll work closely with a highly regarded Head of Sales who is genuinely passionate about people development and progression and who has an outstanding track record of winning and growing major accounts. What makes this role even more exciting is that the business is owned by a much larger group, opening the door to future progression across other brands and categories. Not that you’ll need to rush, there’s more than enough growth here to keep you challenged and fulfilled for years to come.

What You’ll Be Doing


  • P&L responsible for the retail multiples, specifically TESCO & MORRISONS
  • Strategically staying ahead of the market by spotting new and up and coming trends
  • Collaborate with category management to develop channel insights and expand distribution
  • Influence core range and NPD development

  • Proven experience working within the retail multiples
  • Strong commercial acumen and numerical proficiency
  • Skilled negotiator focused on building long-term partnerships
  • Proactive and independent worker in fast-paced environments
  • Team player ready to collaborate and engage in hands-on tasks
  • Excellent communicator with a straightforward and friendly approach
