We’re supporting a UK-based healthcare equipment manufacturer supplying specialist solutions into acute, community, and specialist healthcare environments.

They are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales across the North West, focused on NHS Trusts and public-sector healthcare providers.

The role

• Managing and developing NHS accounts across the North West
• Selling capital equipment used in wards, theatres, clinics, and community settings
• Navigating NHS procurement processes and frameworks
• Building relationships with clinical, estates, procurement, and operational leaders
• Owning pipeline development and revenue delivery

About you

• Strong track record selling into the NHS or UK public healthcare sector
• Experience with selling equipment, med tech, healthcare furniture, or IT solutions
• Comfortable managing long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
• Commercially driven with a consultative approach
