  • Work closely with acoustics, software, UI/UX, and product teams during development
  • Document designs, test results, and engineering changes clearly and accurately

Required Experience:

  • Degree in Electronics Engineering or a relevant field
  • Practical experience in audio electronics design
  • Exposure to digital-to-analogue conversion, preamplifier, or power amplifier circuitry
  • Experience with Class AB and/or Class D amplifier designs
  • Experience working with digital circuitry including MCUs, clocks, and data interfaces
  • Solid understanding of Analogue Audio design principles and architectures
  • Understanding of EMC requirements, safety standards and relevant industry standards
  • Experience contributing to projects within structured development environments

Required Skills:

  • Practical, hands-on approach to electronic design and problem solving
  • Schematic capture and PCB layout or review experience using Altium or similar tools
  • Understanding of linear power supply design fundamentals
  • Ability to test, debug, and validate electronic hardware
  • Awareness of how hardware design choices interact with software and firmware

Desired Skills:

  • Familiarity with audio measurements and interpretation of test data
  • Design experience of high power Switch Mode Power Suppliers
  • Interest in learning and developing engineering best practices

This is a practical engineering role offering the opportunity to work directly on the next generation of high-quality hi-fi products within a heritage, yet forward-thinking UK audio manufacturer. If you enjoy getting hands-on with electronics and contributing as part of a collaborative engineering team, we don’t hesitate to apply!
