Title: Asset Management Lead – Major Infrastructure Project

Location: South West England

Salary: £68,000 – £73,000 + Benefits


About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Asset Management Lead to join our client on a high-profile UK infrastructure project. This permanent position offers the chance to play a critical role in ensuring systems, structures, and components remain in peak condition throughout their lifecycle—from delivery and storage to installation and handover.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain Care & Maintenance plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate preservation activities across delivery, storage, and post-installation phases.
  • Ensure cleanliness classifications, zoning, and storage conditions are correctly applied.
  • Manage inspection, preservation, and maintenance frequencies in line with contractual obligations.
  • Liaise with QA/QC, Stores, and Construction teams to maintain asset integrity.
  • Maintain auditable records for lifetime quality documentation and handover.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care & maintenance, quality, or asset preservation within regulated sectors (nuclear, oil & gas, aerospace, or similar).
  • Engineering or technical qualification (HNC or above preferred).
  • CCNSG Safety Passport (mandatory).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with document management systems.
