Business Development Manager
The Role: The Business Development Manager for this UK market leader in the store-fitting world will be executing a growth strategy specifically focusing on retail display solutions within the top retailers & grocers throughout the country such as ASDA, Tesco, Sainsburys and Boots. Working closely with senior procurement leaders in these businesses, the Business Development Manager will harness their existing relationships to gain access to these target clients alongside a historic track record of this business working with them in other areas already.
This is a national, field based, sales position where you will be strategically located to maximise your impact on head offices of the major retailers & grocers. The role has a completely uncapped commission structure which should be a great incentive to build long-lasting, repeat, relationships at the highest levels to maximise growth opportunities on a store by store and region by region level.

Our client are looking for someone to really take their display solutions division to the next level and join a passionate, knowledgeable, and committed team.
We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Have a track record of selling a product into head office procurement within the grocers
- A true relationship builder, used to long-term partnership building
- A history of working with space fitting and planning solutions ideal
- Field sales track record
- Have recent exposure to this customer base
- Full & Clean Driving licence
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 basic salary + £20k - 40k OTE (uncapped, 1% of all sales) + Hybrid car OR up to £5,500 car allowance + Pension + 25 days holiday + medical cash plan
