Simulation Support Manager

Bovington (on‑site) with UK travel

SC clearance (or eligible)

We’re looking for a hands‑on technical leader to manage and support advanced military simulation and training systems across the UK.

As Simulation Support Manager, you’ll lead a small team of Field / Support Engineers while remaining actively involved in 2nd and 3rd line technical support, system performance, and customer delivery. This role is key during a period of significant infrastructure growth, including new site installations and capability development.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and coach a multi‑site support team
• Provide senior technical support across VULCAN, IIDFS & JFST
• Support training delivery at military units and sites
• Oversee fault resolution, performance monitoring and reporting
• Support new site installs, upgrades and transitions

What we’re looking for:

• Strong IT, electronic or electro‑mechanical background
• Experience supporting complex, software‑enabled systems (simulation desirable)
• Comfortable leading from the front in an on‑site, operational role
• Customer‑focused, calm under pressure, highly adaptable
