I am working with a leading building services/facilities management business who are in the market for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. With a track record of excellence spanning a number of years with a low turnover of staff and plenty of flexibility, this growing business is a perfect setting for you to be a difference maker and thoroughly enjoy the job you are doing.

Due to continued growth and expansion, they require an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join them at their brand-new offices, that are well situated in the East End of Glasgow(Junction 11 - M8). This is a great chance for you to be heavily involved in all tender enquiries and estimates, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates and budgets for varied installations across various sectors, including commercial, industrial, and residential.

Within this role, there is great scope to move into a Senior QS role and/or Commercial Manager for the right ambitious candidate.

The role offers a very competitive salary package, with car allowance and potential scope for some hybrid working.
