Role Responsibilities (Full spec avail):

• Builds and maintains employee desktops and laptops
• Manages Windows/macOS devices using tools like Intune, SCCM, or JAMF
• Automates deployments and fixes (PowerShell, scripts)
• Packages and deploys applications
• Handles patching, upgrades, and endpoint security
• Provides advanced (Tier 2/3) desktop support
• Improves reliability, performance, and user experience

Ideal Candidates:

• Practical experience working in fast-paced, time-critical environments- Industry/trading floor experience highly desired
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and pride in quality delivery
• Solid Windows desktop and endpoint engineering background
• Familiarity with enterprise applications, virtual desktops, and user environments
• Comfortable with automation, scripting, and modern workplace technologies
