The role
We’re recruiting a Graduate Building Surveyor to join our Oxfordshire team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure across the full spectrum of building surveying services, including:
- Design and specification
- Contract administration
- Clerk of works
- Building surveys and dilapidations
- Tendering and cost control
- Site inspections and client liaison
You’ll receive structured training and full APC support, working alongside experienced Chartered Surveyors and recently qualified professionals.
About you
You’ll be:
- Educated to degree level in Building Surveying
- Well-organised, proactive and commercially aware
- Keen to learn and develop across multiple project types
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- A full UK driving licence holder
Experience or knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, NBS, surveys, project management or maintenance is beneficial but not essential.
