The role

We’re recruiting a Graduate Building Surveyor to join our Oxfordshire team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure across the full spectrum of building surveying services, including:

  • Design and specification
  • Contract administration
  • Clerk of works
  • Building surveys and dilapidations
  • Tendering and cost control
  • Site inspections and client liaison


You’ll receive structured training and full APC support, working alongside experienced Chartered Surveyors and recently qualified professionals.


About you

You’ll be:

  • Educated to degree level in Building Surveying
  • Well-organised, proactive and commercially aware
  • Keen to learn and develop across multiple project types
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • A full UK driving licence holder


Experience or knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, NBS, surveys, project management or maintenance is beneficial but not essential.
