Role: Founding Engineer

Company Stage: Seed

Funding Amount: $20M +

Location: Central London

Package: Up to £250k

We’re looking for engineers who don’t wait for tickets to tell them what to do! The kind who enjoy jumping into messy problems, talking to real users, sniffing out bottlenecks early, and sketching solutions that actually ship.

If ambiguity energizes you, ownership feels natural, and you like having real say in the product, you’ll feel very at home here!

Requirements:

• 4+ years building full-stack applications with Python/JS, or TypeScript (React, Next.js, Node, etc)
• Hands-on experience working with LLM and RAG
• High 2.1/First in Computer Science (or similar) from Top Tier University (Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial, UCL, etc)
• Ok with ambiguity. Everything won’t always be clear, but the job is to change that!
