Front End Developer
Location: Doncaster (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)

We’re working with a growing organisation based in Doncaster that’s looking to add a talented Front End Developer to its development team. This is a hybrid role, requiring two days per week in the office, offering flexibility alongside meaningful in-person collaboration.

The Role
As a Front End Developer, you’ll play a key part in developing and enhancing customer-facing platforms and internal systems. You’ll work closely with designers, back-end developers, and stakeholders to deliver clean, scalable, and engaging user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, high-quality front-end solutions
- Convert UI/UX designs into well-structured, reusable code
- Work with modern JavaScript frameworks to build intuitive interfaces
- Integrate with APIs and back-end services
- Ensure performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
- Contribute to code reviews and technical discussions
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular
- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility best practices
- Experience using Git and working in collaborative environments
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code
Desirable Experience
- TypeScript
- Modern CSS frameworks or preprocessors (Sass, Tailwind, etc.)
- Testing frameworks and performance optimisation
- Agile / Scrum methodologies
