Job description

Location: United Kingdom (occasional travel)

Team: M365 Productivity & Engagement

Who We Are

Littlefish is a leading UK‑based Managed IT Services Provider dedicated to delivering modern, customer‑centric technology solutions. Following our acquisition of Storm Technology — a respected Microsoft Business Solutions specialist in Ireland — we’re expanding our capabilities and strengthening our presence across both Ireland and the UK. This strategic growth enhances our Microsoft offering, broadens client engagement, and creates exciting new opportunities for the impactful work you’ll contribute to.

The Role

We’re looking for a developer who cares about building solutions that solve real problems. This role sits at the heart of our Microsoft 365 and Power Platform capability — working directly with clients, understanding their needs, and creating modern, well‑engineered applications that make their working lives easier.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Build SharePoint and Power Platform solutions that meet clear business needs.
  • Work closely with clients to understand challenges and translate them into practical digital solutions.
  • Develop modern applications using SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate and supporting technologies.
  • Contribute to solution design, configuration and improvements across Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Support project delivery from design through testing and implementation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement using the Microsoft cloud.

Experience you bring

  • 5+ years of experience across Software Engineering and SharePoint Development
  • 3+ years building solutions on the Power Apps and Power Platform (Apps, Flows, Power BI, Virtual Agents).
  • Demonstrated SPFx expertise & Strong competency in React and TypeScript.
  • Experience with client‑side technologies such as CSOM/REST, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
  • Using tools like PowerShell, Microsoft Graph and Azure services where needed.
  • You are a strong client-facing consultant and have the ability to manage and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

The Value You’ll Add

You will be central to how we design and deliver Microsoft solutions for our clients.

Your work will:

  • Improve how organisations collaborate and operate
  • Strengthen our growing Power Platform and SharePoint capability
  • Contribute to Storm’s continued expansion with Littlefish across Ireland and the UK
  • You’ll join a team where your ideas are listened to, your expertise matters and your growth is supported.
