About the Role

We’re hiring a Founding Mobile Engineer (Flutter) to build the next-generation lifestyle app. This is a hands-on role: you’ll own core features end-to-end, shape technical decisions, and ensure the app is fast, reliable, and polished, where even small UX details matter.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship core mobile features in Flutter
• Work closely with product and design on implementation details
• Own performance, stability, and user experience on mobile
• Integrate with backend APIs and third-party services
• Define and maintain mobile engineering standards

What We Need From You

• 5+ years in mobile engineering
• 3+ years of production experience with Flutter
• Strong focus on UX, detail, and product quality
• Experience optimizing performance, responsiveness, and animations
• Comfortable collaborating closely with product, design, and backend teams
