Head/Lead Mechanical Engineer - Cambridge - Tech Innovation

They are expanding globally and are looking to bring in an elite Head/Lead Mechanical Engineer to take full ownership and authority of their designs from concept through to delivery.

Key skillsets:

• Lead-level mechanical engineering experience, owning design direction across the full product lifecycle
• Strong background in scalable manufacturing, including injection moulding and successful volume production delivery
• Proven ability to translate complex or conflicting requirements into clear specifications and first-time-right designs
• Experience mentoring and developing senior engineers
